We Are Hiring ServiceNow Developer

Project Duration 3 months

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join a technically demanding project focused on the development and optimization of solutions aligned with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. The selected professional will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and project management, contributing to the continuous improvement of the platform.

Responsibilities

Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog).
Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and UI actions.
Integrate the platform with other systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
Manage the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize incidents, problems, and enhancement requests.
Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and training materials.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure technical and functional alignment in all project deliverables.
Mandatory Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
Hands-on experience with scripting, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
Familiarity with ITSM frameworks.
Strong analytical skills, technical rigor, and ability to work autonomously in problem-solving.
High sense of responsibility, organization, and clear communication.
Valued Requirements

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Experience in largescale projects or multinational environments.
Skills in technical documentation and agile methodologies.

• Remote work setup
• Onsite presence required once per week at the beginning only
• Base salary Meal Allowance
